I don’t see the problem in calling staff out who are taking one too many breaks.
I know of a van share couple and one is always moaning because the other colleague is forever popping into peoples houses for a tea.
I have heard of some posties going home for a couple of hours. I have actually seen post vans going round the block in circles just trying to kill time.

Imagine if you paid someone to paint your fence and they charged you for 10 hours but on cctv you can see them dragging their heels or going shopping or sitting around doing nothing. You would call them out on it. I would anyway.

The days of being a postie and doing half a shift are coming to an end. If you think you can find a job where you can meander about doing the bare minimum then you should apply for it. Big brother is coming to an office near you.

Think RM would question you as to why the location data is always missing everyday. If they were to construe it as the walk being easy they might whack a s**tload of DPs onto the walk. Without the PDA data you'd have no proof that it was impossible

RM have tracked these van drivers before and hauled them in but nothing happened apart from the posties slowing down.
