Anyone else just think these talks are going to end with us striking and Royal Mail digging in what’s summer strikes going to do exactly jack all?
Then there pushing through changes already we have seen

Yesterday we had new contracts for the new starters annualised hours

cant see us getting anything except more strike dates out of these talks anyway. Dave Ward didn't sound too optimistic at the select committee meeting the other day.

He clearly isn't getting what he wants. No business can ignore 115,000 workers causing long term disruption, delays, and all round unreliability.
