It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Got to hand it to Darren Jones, he did an absolutely fantastic job in taking Thompson to account. Watching our CEO squirm and twitch like a naughty schoolboy blatantly lying his arse off was a sight to behold. Just glad that the whole committee saw through him and indeed did anyone who watched it. He won't be trying to hoodwink the public with his sixth form style propaganda after this methinks.

I invited him, fellow MPs and Ofcom to our office.

He can witness the numbers of frames with nobody working on them due to cynical understaffing.

We are the customer as well as the employee. We know we are getting a terrible service. My mail's delayed due to no day off cover. The customer deserves to know they are getting ripped off.

I think the fact that I'm still delivering Xmas cards in mid-January tells you all you need to know about how letters are prioritised

Come on, credit where it is due. He’s such an accomplished liar, he can lie when his lips aren’t moving

I now just wish Simon Thompson would pack his bags and leave the company taking the rest of his circus on the board with him.

Who’s Darren Jones Party Leader?
What’s the stance of the said Party Leader on the Royal Mail dispute?
What’s the CWU political levy for?
Questions , Questions….

It’s classic Gatekeeping.

The sooner the Trade Union Movement realise this the better.

I hope some of you mentioned that Thompson was thanked for prioritising NHS Letters, something which was never done at anytime during or after the Covid lockdowns.

The only thing the CEO has prioritised is his wealth the actual truth of his tenure is post people leaving in droves and his bank account bulging is this guy paying any tax!
