All out strikes again?
Longer strikes?
Rolling strikes?
Overtime ban?
Work to rule?
Focus on one area for strikes i.e HGV? (So no movement of mail) and set up a strike fund to cover their wages?

The new year will be the clincher.
Everybody tired of industrial action, people skint after Christmas.
I have never known anything like this and I wouldn't like to predict the future but I'm sure it's going to get nastier.
Keep cool under provocation is all I can say and stay close to the people you trust.
Avoid the @ssholes and don't engage in industrial dispute talk with people that are not your friends.

Do not blame people slowly going back to work as the enthusiasm is starting to dry up.
Know we are deadlocked with management but people are tired of the same old rhetoric coming out from both sides.

Personally support the strikes as that is all the members have left, but when you have an Immovable Object meeting the Irresistible Force, dispondency.

There needs to be something from the CWU that will ignite that dwindling ember, anything to put the passion back. Anything besides "Typing I support my Union" and click likes. This is exactly what happened with the miners strike Thompson is playing out. Starve the members back to work.

The three day rolling strikes that were an overwhelming success in 2009 is a perfect example, only if individual branches could keep their membership lists up to date.

And with a hgv shortage they would be hard to cover. And very expensive for royalmail to pay us for no work.

Or even part days strikes , ie. Start at your time say 6:30 til 10:30 so doing that for 4 days a week would be the same as having a 2 day strike, cannot really send you out early as impossible to do van checks in the dark
