A few millimetres usually stops deliveries in our office the past few years. RM will be over the moon . Perfect excuse. Makes a change from Covid and Brexit.

Think that's actually the UK generally as a whole. Especially when the BBC have an agenda of the cost of living energy 'crisis' to promote.

Maybe a few extra slips and trips going in the proverbial accident book this year.

Play it safe :d'oh!

watch out for those surface dressed laminate type path / driveways, with ice they are absolutely lethal, slipped on one once, landed full weight on one elbow, ripped it to bits, somehow still managed to keep hold of my bundle though

Yes, remember, as your working week is only 3 days this week, you perform 60% of your weekly work time in total.

No flex. Also remember that we are striking and losing money in order to disrupt the service and to affect the business.

I remember in November 2010 one day of snow on a Saturday created a backlog all the way through to Christmas. One office in our region cleared everything for Christmas and the other offices all failed.

2010 was heaven compared with the job now.

So yes, a backlog well into January and beyond.
