Yes, they told RM to keep the 6-day letter USO.

Government said it has no plans to change the uso , would be nice if the regulator actually looked at what’s happening rather than letting Royal Mail get away with providing a shocking service.

Was that not in May they said that? I dont think theres been an update since RM went back to them begging again 2 weeks ago

I don’t think it was - I’m sure the article postman put up recently saying they had denied the request was actually from May

Confirmation it hasnt been rejected since the latest request and the previous rejection was in June
