Royal Mail don't care about the customer.
Royal Mail have understaffed us for almost 2 years.
At my depot post does has go out on out on most posties day off as they have purposefully gone without having any cover.
Royal Mail do not care about the customer.
Royal Mail do not care about the sender or receiver.
Royal Mail does not care about its employees.
Royal Mail only cares about shareholders and the 5 or 6 people at the top.

Royal Mail continue to say they don’t prioritise Tracked and Specials yet we all know they do!
