Thanks for the update/threat Zareena. Hopefully you will have lots of unpaid leave in your future if your good pal Simon gets his way. There won't be any "people" left for you to be chief of. Made up, overpaid job that provides absolutely nothing constructive. Start with her compulsory redundancy Simon!

Done in hours now, so 0.5 days for every however many days makes no sense. What is that in hours minutes and seconds? I am owed a few hours that I can't take.

'Chief People Officer' :left: From that letter she sounds like a right 'people person'. Another waste of a salary, trumped up job titles probably raking in a fortune doing sweet fa.

You must remember my former colleagues
She has to do at least one thing a year to warrant her £85 000 plus salary
Probably more likely to be six figures !!!
Because lets face since she joined what actual impact has she had on the business/or the staff ??
What contributions has she made to improve the business ???????????????????????????????????????
Answers on a postage stamp please !!
Left in March -there is life after Royal Mail assure you even for a man in his 60s !!!
OLD saying as one door closes another one opens
Its not a great job anymore and things like this should be telling you to look elsewhere-train/educate yourself for another role etc
All it will do taking some holiday off you-is increase sick days to recover it !!!!
So they lose out in the end So why bother to do it
