What is the trigger date for a Stage warning?

Post by sindba »

Employee returns to work on 1st March. Stage 2 interview for that absence held on 1st June.

Manager agrees (in black and white) to backdate the Stage 2 to the "trigger date".

What is tne "trigger date"? 1st March, right?

Trigger point should be last day of absence but your manager will probably be lazy and backdate it to when hr triggered the stage which looks like 1st of March ask your manager for a printout of sick record will have date on there

So a stage isn't triggered automatically on PSP when someone returns to work?

Someone in HR has to look at it and press a button? (so to speak)

PSP and HR I’m guessing are the same things your manager inputs on psp and goes to hr whether that’s generic or manual who knows
