I think this is the question/s your seeking the answer off scotty b, is it not! :d'oh!

Question--To anyone who knows the answer- can a suspend branch attend conference, I thought it was not allowed within the rules of the union, or should I asked it in a different context can any branch official, I/R rep, attend conference if there branch is suspended? :hmmmm

do the rats include the one who took an e.t. out against royal mail and tried to get back paid when the rest of his colleagues were out on strike last year.what a cracker he is.check this out www.bailii.org/nie/cases/NIIT/2007/. 655 06. if he is typical of your reps then they are all rats.

seen it but all is not as it seems. I heard from a good source that this was the case but the money he wanted back was because rm had taken 5 weeks money off him when he was only out on strike for 3 weeks, like the rest of membership.
was that the case :d'oh!

just an observation but I couldn't help noticing how many Tribunal Claims against Royal Mail were failing on that link

I'm well aware that not many people take RM on and win , RM have always been very defensive , they are very well represented and even if RM are being underhand , there's ways of making things "look straight " .
MURDERERS. Need to dispose of a body? Simply parcel it up and post it to yourself via DHL. You will never see it again.
