Absolutely no point in going on strike now the union have failed us .The rolling strike could and would have been a great tool but was dine correctly ,surprise surprise ,the insane we don't like the redundancy terms but each member got to make their decisions shows .They need to call off the strikes we gave lost and try and try to improve the redunzcy package ,the company pluckex 6k from somewhere. I am unsure if I am up for a fight we have lost .
