Time allowance for loading parcels to van?

Are we still allocated a specific time to load our parcels to van? ie 40 seconds per parcel!

First I've heard of this.

As far as I'm aware, they say you should really be in the depot for a maximum of 1 hour before leaving. It's not really enforced tho.. and I don't see how they'd enforce that. Each day is different, each route is different. I take anywhere between 1 hour to 1.5 hours, maybe a bit longer if night shift didn't scan anything to route or if there was a system problem.
