It's says you can expect to earn between 45-70k. Is that after costs? Because it's kind of miss leading to say earn, when a very large chunk would be eaten up by fuel Costs alone. Then insurance, wear/ tear on van etc. Also having to pay for cover of round when on holiday or sick.

And how are you self employed when you can't choose when you want to work and what jobs to do etc?
