Remember the good old days when wilful delay of mail was gross misconduct and many were sacked because of the charge. Now we have COMs wilfully delaying daily , what a shambles Royal Mail is.

So Mrs Smith has a urgent 1st class hospital letter and it doesn't
matter anymore ?. Unbelievable and to think I used to be proud to work for this company !. 38 years service here and how much longer is anyone 's guess.
