Potential conduct

Went to deliver 2 parcels , I pretty large the other smaller.
Door of terrace house open , dog tuns out jumping at gate, I stand on pavement, owner tries unsuccessfully to get dog back in , still jumping at gate , I indicate to owner I will leave them just outside gate, as I set them down smaller one falls off to ground .
I retreat to van , householder opens gate and lifts parcels in , I drive off.
Next morning I am.pulled into office accused by householder of " throwing" parcels on ground.
Manager says complaint on " escalated " , visits householder, takes statement and informs me she is so upset and invites me to fact finding interview, probably conduct no doubt .
Concerned he cud dismiss the current mood they are in

Get union rep in they'll represent you even if your not in cwu

I have been member for.40 years, have had a few run ins with manager in question , fearful he will see this as an opportunity to " move " on me

Just tell him that the woman is lying and that you will go to the union if she is not told to control her rats

Tell your side as you have on here. Your word against hers and unless there's substantial evidence against you then nothing can be proven to back up her BS.

Just make up a load of bull like she has, say you feared for your safety as dogs were out of control and say she agreed for you to leave them. We are always warned about dog attacks these days so you have done nothing wrong

Tell manager to back You or it will all become a Police matter. He won’t want that.

Get her Dog to bite you then take her to court

That's a possibility

You "feared for your life" with an out of control aggressive dog on the property.

Fight or flight adrenaline response was to free up your hands by placing the parcels on the ground and retreating to a position of safety.

No dog warning signs present on the property.

May need to access "Feeling first class" mental health support r.e possible PTSD.
