i dont think it will be compulsory thatll be the scare stories be voluntary as theirs a lot that want to go

always done on seniority when offered in the past cant see that changing probably get negotiated up to years pay once everything else gets sorted but who knows weird times we have at the minute

They have already said wont be anything like in the past. They ( cant afford it !) will without a doubt be looking to pay the least they can legally get away with. If you can take that and go good luck to you.

The Title of the Post says it all 9 MONTHS REDUNDANCY thats what RM is suggesting in it's latest offer of crap!

It's got nothing to do with what anyone would like or what they think we should get, so everyone that was looking at our OLD T&Cs (which remember RM just tore up and threw in the bin) you can kiss 24 months pay goodbye.

I'm surprised RM would offer 9 months if they thought they could get away with less, perhaps they don't want to appear tight fisted?

20 grand at very most if near retirement age grab with both hands if not need to walk straight into another job to make worthwhile. That's the shitshow we work for at the moment.
