So when a revision comes in every year! now I was wondering does that mean theres going be a resign every year to muck us up!, heard the next one could be august next year, so does this mean another resign, or does revision mean just revising walks

A structured revision would almost certainly mean a revision.
A table-top revision probably not. It would depend on the level of change.
The plan was for every office to have a structured revision within 3 years but that doesn't seem to be happening.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

With an employer intent on ripping up every agreement it has with the union you guys are genuinely thinking that a resign might happen?

That's so fkn funny... :left:
