Our office is critically understaffed as it is. Walks failing everyday and new starters dropping like flies. You can't be considered over paid when nobody wants to to do the job in question. Someone's worth is dictated by the popularity of vacancies being applied for. Nobody wants it therefore wages need to go up to reflect that.

Telling everyone that your times, wages, sick pay, supplements, are going to be changed to suit them not us. I don't mind adapting to change but with all the s*** everyone has been through with covid and now a living crisis, what world does this bloke come from.

I can't see how a company can make staff redundant based on the losses they incur in one year, as surely once the strike is over the business will recover and then most of the staff will still be required? The problem for ST is that nobody seems to be listening to him, as you can almost guarantee Thursday strike will have similar support to the previous strikes.
