Trying to blame someone is just the easiest option people take when thing's like this happen. Companies squeeze people like us all the time, especially unskilled workers.
Not saying it's right but it's the nature of the business & they would of given someone else the same job to change the company if Simon wasn't in place.
The day we became private was a gamechanger for Royal mail. So whoever made that decision should be the one to blame.

You have a very sustainable business that offers an incredible spread sheet that reaches 30 million homes a day. 140000 people rely on said business for a roof and support for their families. If it was just Simon who wanted to change he would get overruled by others. Maybe a few in disagreement but the majority of higher up's must be in agreement with how he's doing thing's. Businesses don't just get run by 1 person alone.
