Re: New VR terms
Not yet they haven't (12 months was mentioned in IIRC on of the CWU videos as an aim):
From the 'agreement':
From the CWU Bulletin:5.5 Review of Voluntary Redundancy Terms
EP Group and CWU agree that there is a need to review the current voluntary redundancy terms, as
a key measure to help avoid compulsory redundancies. Revised voluntary redundancy terms will be
agreed no later than three months after the completion of the Transaction.
A review of voluntary redundancy terms, as a key
measure to avoid any compulsory redundancies.

Re: New VR terms
this doesn't make sense, unless it's unique to the individual concerned.
Any severance pay (VR or compulsory) is calculated separate to your annual leave entitlement.
If on your LDoS, you have some pr-rata unused AL entitlement then you'll get that calculated separately (but likely paid as same time as your VR).
Conversely, if on your LDoS you have used more than your pro-rata AL entitlement, then they will look to claw that back, possibly deducted from lump sum.
Alternatively it could be gardening leave or PILON.

Re: New VR terms
i remember when walsh mentioned this in one of his facebook live things , and he said 12 months is more than enough , and he also said do we increase vr to pay people to leave or pay more to the people who stay and work in the company , it was like listening to one of royal mail bosses
