Can somebody tell me what all the changes are going to be again?
So I have a vague idea of the changes but I don’t know what’s changed and what hasn’t. Is work to completion still staying? What does seasonal variation involve? Do we still get sick pay for 6 months full 6 months half?

Commit to deliver ? Definitely not ! Only an agreement to force you to stay out way beyond your finish time would include this, no sensible, clever, legally sure, Union would agree such crap. If management bring round forms, please read thoroughly and do NOT sign, or they'll have you by the tentacles.
