Easier said than done when bullying and intimidation is through the roof.
I don't know about anywhere else but some of these guv'nors have started aggressively harassing some members.
I'm personally livid and outraged at what I have seen and heard on the shop floor in last couple of weeks.
Ramped to new levels.
They have done the right thing, no way could put this to a vote right now.
Maybe for some it has been like this for a while.
It's definitely getting worse
