Trouble is royal mail aren't bothered about the union .
Don't have the ballot and they'll just ram thru the changes ( just like they have already ) only difference there'll be no pay rise so they save money there .

Not anti-union, anti-£140,000 wasted on uselessness.
We voted to strike and haven't. We were balloted for a vote and didn't get the vote. They've talked for nearly 2 years now. That's all they've done, talk.

I don't believe all of the no voters , including myself, are anti union. In fact I suspect that we were the most pro union members of the workforce.
This agreement is crap, we all know it is. It is wrong on every level but on delivery it is catastrophic.

Eh. I liked it? Sometimes when the obvious hasn't been stated enough, you have to state the obvious.

Shameful agreeing to something then not agreeing to it,you really couldn't make it up,the cwu obviously didn't realise the horse bolted month's ago, and didn't read the room now all that's left is a circus of organised confusion!! In other words we're doomed!!!
