Nice little bribe, people will look at the money & not what it means long term.
Next year they will go after more until we hit minimum wage, no sickness pay at all.
I will vote no, but it will get the yes vote.

If they can do all of that with a deal in place, they can do so without one and worse. Hopefully this pushes the deal over the line. It is definitely a strong tactic for sure.

Still voting no, its still equivalent to less than 9% (well below inflation last year and current food inflation is at 17.2%)
Also you will only see about £1000(of the £1500 bonus) by the time tax and national insurance is paid.
If this is true though, I think it will be probable to unfortunately secure a yes vote.

It's funny since not even heard a single thing about anything to do with this ballot bar the interviews since it came to light to the union RM haven't stopped with the unachievable revisions 🤷 Would of thought they'd have said something regarding the that since it's only two dates before papers go out and said they couldn't put the vote to its members if nothing has changed. Unless it's a front to try and get in the good graces of the no voters.

Still a no vote for me ..but sadly I think people will grab the cash and regret it later .
I sincerely hope I'm wrong ,because this will open the gates to carnage of everything we have fought for over the years .
money on we have nothing left to fight for by 2025.
Shame on the cwu your a disgrace to call yourself a union .
If this goes through they're not my union .I'll save the £3odd subs for myself .
