Its the right deal for pec as RM where gonna throw them out the workplace .which meant all area and div reps would be back on the job.they weren't having that .
Hence the cwu collapse, capitulation or surrender whatever way you want to look at it .
Cowards the lot of them .
Remove the shysters on pec everyone of them .

If this is the right deal I'd hate to see the wrong one.

“Win the vote, win the dispute”

Some win, having looked at my own pay etc, I reckon that to recover the monies lost through strike action, it will take me just over 4 years to get it back based on the deal that’s on the table. So that effectively means a zero percent pay increase in real terms for the next 4 years! Let that sink in people!!

Thanks CWU, never have I seen such an utterly useless and incompetent organisation as Dave Ward and the self serving CWU! The CWU have sold us all to the devil, all to protect their existence, and that’s disgusting. Typical union tho, always have self interest as their main goal!

As I’ve said before, my union subs are now cancelled!!

It is a crap deal but I’d think twice about leaving the union. I don’t mean to come across as patronising but make sure you know exactly what rights you have and what you can or can’t do as you’ll be on your own. The reps at least have good knowledge of the contractual stuff and what the manager can and cannot expect from you.

Like I said I don’t want to come across as patronising but the management will be looking for any tiny detail now to haul you in.

A lot of people get away with murder because of their rep bailing them out!

If not been a member for the best part of 20 years but if you have a good rep it’s worth keeping him close. The deal isn’t anything to do with him and with the bitterness and changes in offices now it might not be the best time to go solo…. (You might be built like Stallone and be able to work your way out of anything like Saul Goodman but don’t do anything rash!)
