A question about the seasonal variations of 24 minutes per day.
Does the 24 minutes come off the start or the end of the shift.
IE do we start an extra 24 minutes later or is last letter 1606
Or will this be down to the local arrangements ?

Re: Seasonal variation in hours
Ricky McAuley has said that it will be before the shift starts initially.....but only initially
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

Re: Seasonal variation in hours
I believe in the winter it’s added to the beginning.
In summer it’s 14 off the front and 10 off the end so it lines up with part timers.
