I work in a building with over 200 members and I’d bet no more than 20 of them have any idea what the names of the Div reps are for our area never mind what they look like.

Most of the DOs in the area locally don't have a local rep. On our union board there's the summary of all union positions in the area and who holds each post. There's only about 3 or for DOs with someone listed as being the rep
