Total Vr's?

Post by Rommagic »

What is the total amount of Vr's and people leaving RM? 10 000? ,15 000?Dave Ward etc have not said?.I guess being a spare would mean taking 24 mins of work away from people a day in the summer if the flexibility part comes in.

VR is not required because of so many people leaving anyway .

If you read through the threads nearly everybody is saying people are leaving and they are understaffed ,
we have had 14 leave this year and there are still 10 vacancies so zero chance of VR .
Plus lots of people have seen this lump sum now being offered and will leave after that .

It's not even £1500 though because you'll be paying NI and tax.....

Very few in delivery offices you would assume. All our revision has done is reduce the number of vacancies in the office down from about 25 to about 10. Makes you wonder what the rush to push thru all the revisions by the end of the financial year was about. Can’t see how it’s saved any money in our office or any office that lost less duties than they had vacancies.

Depends on the amount but most will go with 7 to 9 months pay most will be on the delivery side at most 3 to 7 thousand and most would have gone!
