I don't know if this is still the case but as far as I'm aware the UCW Pensions 2001 Fund did have first legal charge over the property at 150 The Broadway, Wimbledon, to the value of £5,800,000, as security over the deficit in that particular pension fund.

Has the deficit been resolved?

This is all a bit mysterious and Dave ward never really explained why Terry met vesa on at least 3 occasions. He is now strangely on sick leave and not able to speak for himself. This really isn’t showing the union in a great light.
