Other companies aren’t pleading poverty unlike like RM they just try to get away with as little as possible we are in a fight for our futures like the railways you can have this if u modernise it’s a bigger picture than just a percentage on pay

my mate in an unskilled job got a 20% increase working in a warehouse packaging goods up and shipping them out.
