Laziest people of the company get a bonus for doing something, and give those who make the effort and turn up every day the middle finger.

Could just pay everyone an extra £1250 a year and agree a resolution.

Announce more strike dates from the change ballot. Burn this whole thing to the ground who gives a s**t anymore.

I’m quite willing to go out until it’s sorted. Let’s have a 6 day strike. Monday to Saturday that will sort it faster than these waste of time one day strikes. I can’t for the life of me think who would ever consider they are valued in this job now. Who fills the big trust survey in and puts such positive feedback? The contempt they have for us and people still starting early, cutting corners and so on. The managers should refuse to strike break.

Re: Managers to receive £1000 for strike busting
I'm not here to defend managers, they didn't ask for this, it is a divisive tactic by RM. At the end of the day, we really are all in this together. The managers I speak to are just as pissed off as we are, they wanted to walk, their ballot is still live, They are not happy being asked to do our work. At the end of the day, just like us when on duty they have to follow a reasonable request. A few years ago it really was us and them, I have never known managers speak so militantly in my life.

In case it wasn't clear already I think Simon has made it obvious who he means by "Team".
It isn't us.
If you were sitting on the fence or undecided over strikes do you really need any more convincing?

When are the T&C’s strike days being announced? Is there anywhere we can read what the unions are doing? Feel like we’re being kept in the dark……

My gaffer said he thinks it’s good we’re striking. Bet he holds on to this though..
