so what happens now with informing royal mail if we as individuals are going to strike? do we phone in on the day, do we tell them now we will be striking all 4 days or 3 days, whatever your choice is.....

Okay, so what happens on a strike day? go to work as normal and stand by the gate for 7 hours?

I’m not in the union but still want to support them and strike with them. Am i allowed to strike with them if i am not in the union?

If non-Union graded employees strike, they are protected from dismissal and have the same rights as Union-grade employees, so long as the strike is legal.
