If a rep had lodged a disagreement about the pay rise would the status quo have held?
They could then have requested a rule 13 ballot and legitimately gone on strike over the imposition of the pay rise?

they wont even get passed the 50% to even go on strike , and as they where given there bonus ( blood money ) for the trust survey they wouldnt strike anyway , and they will cross picket lines as they have no spines .

Why is the lump sum non pensionable if its arrears of normal pay??

I would expect that it is non-pensionable because our wonderful employers have effectively give us a loan. When the actual back pay is calculated and it is paid it will be pensionable and they will deduct the lump sum loan from it.
