Under the new so called offer they said MGV allowance is going. This is not an allowance it is in our basic pay. This was agreed as we were restricted on overtime due to tachometer regulations. Can anyone clarify this

At a guess they mean people who still get paid the mgv allowance as a grandfather righs even if they don't drive them anymore. With it being in our top line we will get to keep it but it will probably never go up
