Only been at Royal Mail a few years....
I assume our pay is reviewed on an annual basis - is that correct?
Secondly, what % does it typically go up annually on average?
I ask as I am just trying to get a rough estimate of what my salary may be in a few years time when my mortgage term ends.

Roughly deals last two or three years I think.
And just like the last one that ended in April, the CWU and RM fatcats play games until around Halloween, after which we then get a backpay lump sum as and when the deal is voted through by us members.
