Just read the message on the People App about outstanding Annual Leave. There appears to be a very real risk of losing it if you don't use it up. Sometimes there isn't scope for your manager to let you have the time off. Surely it can't be legal for them to just take it from you? This must be against employment law?

This is nuts! I'm owed over 50hrs, I try and book it but get turned down everytime. How the f**k can they take it off us!!

79 hours i have in leave and thats after the hours there have taken off me which they shouldnt have touched , and i cant book 1 day off as the office doesnt have enough staff so what chance do i have of taking these hours before August next year and anybody who goes on leave comes back to there delivery not cleared ,
