If it's an offer that doesn't contain backdated pay to April 2022, then it's a big fay NO from me and most in my office, it's only fair :nana

Even if you are thinking of not striking (not me - voted yes) then still vote yes - as a huge yes vote will mean you may never need to consider whether to break a strike or not. Tactical voting!

Let's face it, anyone who doesn't vote 'YES' must be a simpleton.

Will you accept a deal that doesn't contain backdated pay to April 22?

What is it the CWU are proposing instead of?
It’s ok voting YES but what’s the end game?

Do people think a YES vote will make Royal Mail rip up their current agenda and start from scratch?

I think RM and CWU need to disclose what they actually agree on so far and what might be reasonable. Instead we have one side not willing to compromise and another not willing to compromise.

In my office different posties want different things. Some are still holding on to that 10% no strings attached dream. I’m not sure even if the CWU came to a proposal to offer it’s members that the members will accept it.

I heard rumours that Simon Thompson is on his way out?

If this is true further strike action may be more productive with a new CEO that isn't a mentally challenged compulsive liar? :hmmmm
Union what Union? Do we have a union?

The board employed Thompson and are behind his actions. They knew what they were getting.
Just don't think the next guy is going to be much different.
The whole leadership and management structures are outdated and rotten.
If Royal Mail dies it will be their legacy.
