If you actually pause and read this a few times over...it seems to show that the strikes are actually hurting and squeezing the larger company - maybe not what you are seeing in your local office etc. but at a national level. That's a positive right?

The poster is a sign that pain is being felt higher up in the company.

Overall the poster is a text-heavy poster (not even a slick infographic). The poster is cherry-picking only certain statistics of the industrial action to present the negatives to the individual (you as a person standing alone) and try to convince you to quit what you are doing right now (divide and rule tactics, or divide and conquer). You are not alone if you stand together.
  • Vote YES to continue the squeeze and get the best deal for you, your fellow colleagues, and all the customers ('things could be better').
  • Vote NO to quit now and go along with what is currently offered ('shut up and put up').
Your choice.

Everyone should vote yes to strike for strike action unless the pay rise is backdated and they get rid of all slave labour owner drivers .
They say no one is going to be made redundant but people are leaving because of a bullying toxic atmosphere and all leavers are being replaced by slave labour owner drivers ,
A worrying thing for royal mail posties is the bit where they mention the network synergies which now means parcelforce and all the slave labour owner drivers can take a lot of there work away from them .

That’s the great irony. Thompson is obsessed with parcels and yet can’t see Parcelforce.

This poster of Royal Mail's is the equivalent to walking in on your wife and Jeff the plumber at it..... but they both deny anything is going on even though you saw it with your own eyes.

'We have got this great deal for you' (meanwhile Thompson's going back on agreements he made with the CWU and bringing in executive action).....ok bro!!! good one!

Two big changes coming to Parcelforce ,
first of all and it has already started is unlimited slave labour owner drivers .

secondly and this is massive , A network synergies system with royal mail work which means they can scan and deliver all work currently done by posties , Parcelforce are losing lots of money and are desperate for extra work this means they can take a lot of work off posties which could affect there jobs and overtime .
The really sad part of this is that more and more of this work will then be done by slave labour owner drivers .

Not sure that will happen as it would make it pointless having the super-hubs as a lot of work would just enter the PF system instead.

The super hubs would not be pointless they would be able to deliver to Parcelforce depots direct as soon as the network synergies system is up and running .
