You can't reduce complex problems to a yes or no, left or right, right or wrong.

But surely when we vote on whatever deal comes its still going to be a complex problem on who you put your trust in.jackthecube wrote: ↑07 Jan 2023, 22:25You can't reduce complex problems to a yes or no, left or right, right or wrong.

Won't be a case of who we believe when there's a deal to be voted on. We'll see it in black and white, it'll just be a case of if we are prepared to accept it and that'll be up to every individual member to decide, I'm sure both sides will give their opinions and there will be no end of opinions on here too

Well the cwu aint stopping your sick pay or constantly attempting to bully you into taking more than you need to out on delivery or are they on a manager capacity taking photos of 1 or 2 empty frames on the day we finish before xmas and declaring to workplace that their office is clear...sorry aiden but i will stick with the union on trust issues even though they are far from perfect if you disagree feel free to vote against further strike action your choice my friend.aiden01 wrote: ↑07 Jan 2023, 22:29But surely when we vote on whatever deal comes its still going to be a complex problem on who you put your trust in.jackthecube wrote: ↑07 Jan 2023, 22:25You can't reduce complex problems to a yes or no, left or right, right or wrong.

Im currently on annual leave and haven’t really paid any attention to any of the latest going on’s regarding the strikes and disputes etc.
Am I missing something? Sounds like a deal is close to being struck?

Union are telling the truth . Management saying their changes won't mean any compulsory redundancies yet we received two letters from management asking for help in making compulsory redundancies . Management can't even lie properly .

This. But sometimes you have to. Remember the 'no strings' payrise we all gave the union the mandate to get for us? It has been binned, not because it was ever gonna happen but the union had to put out a simplistic message we could all get behind.jackthecube wrote: ↑07 Jan 2023, 22:25You can't reduce complex problems to a yes or no, left or right, right or wrong.
Ultimately, when a deal is agreed, both the union and company will claim it as a victory as both will have to. The union ain't perfect, but it's far better having one than not.

Propaganda from both parties as always but only one party has our backs and it’s not Royal Mail.
