Stay calm,stay strong

Post by Surfpostie »

Seems to me that the closer we get to the two strike days, the more RM start using more threats. I’m sure they are trying to put doubts into people’s minds. I will be stood alongside my mates as usual,RM you will not break us. Remember guys tomorrow stay calm & remember what this is all about.

I thought we started strikes too early. We should have saved them all for now on in. It’s beginning to have an affect as our delivery office has sent lorries back to the MC. and walks haven’t gone out for days.

The strikes this time around are definitely working, Parcelforce were in the mud already so the next few days of strike action will have alarm bells ringing, especially with snow forecast in early December.

So important that we stay strong here, it feels like things might just be starting to turn.

I think there running out of ideas of how to get some people back to work.

They have stripped away working days off. Limited overtime, even though the work load is there. No annual leave for the foreseeable future. Any local xmas deals have been wiped off the table.

I will not be doing any favours for them as they haven't done any for me. Bring it on, and yes stay strong, dont let Simon & Co bring you down! :thumbup

Yes now is the time for us to dig deep.
The strikes are definitely starting to take real effect now a bit bad weather will tip things even further in our favour & against our self appointed lord & masters ( in their own messed up minds)
Stay strong & carry the fight for our & families future years in job to come.
This ain't no baseball game, you get only one chance and you blew it.
