So the question is would u be interested in Voluntary Redundancy something along they lines. My question is what happens after u submit, does this mean theres no way back ie ur out the door if selected or when they come round with the papers and ur not happy with the figure can u say i dont want to sign i want to stay now? had no clarification on this anyone any ideas, if nothings been signed by u how can they push it through?

It’s just finding levels of interest. It is not done until the final forms with leaving day and compensation amount is signed by you.

My office did a preference exercise about 10 years ago, nobody got it.

haha might put in for it, doing a christmas in their makes u want to leave halfway thorough december,january then sometimes it gets better after that, come up with the forms, changed my mind no the day pal!
