He has to go. He's failed us all. The first thing he did when he came into the business was announce that he wanted to improve trust everywhere....

He's done the complete opposite.


Is he the right guy to lead the discussions on Monday.... it doesn't seem right after he has played games with the union and us for months now. He will surely have to be let go as nobody in the company can take the guy seriously.

Thompson is no entrepreneur. Surley somebody is pulling his strings for the past 5 months and just telling him what to say. RM need to build bridge's with a ceo who we trust and have confidence in. I thought the corruption and twisted behaviour at the top belongs only in a lawless slave driven 3rd world economy. We are not against change, we are against the way you have gone about it

Go along with you guys, the OT ban, that I presume has now been cancelled, this week has felt unbelievably easy for my partner colleague and myself, cut off 2 in the street drove back 15 mins. 10 mins pouch off ,bingo away home, like a half day compared to our dutys being completed Dailly which means going over about 1hr daily, no wonder ST is anxious to get the annualised hrs. In , the actual revisions are timed and wrong, usual RM with their unachievable revisions targets.

Any 'good deal' would be a temporary measure, and merely to appease us as the real changes take effect.

The wheels are in motion which will create a whole new business model.

If the CWU agree to any of those changes the game is up.

He has to go from making huge profits to massive losses how can he still be charge, our office is totally demoralised every one used to Give 100% to finish now they couldn’t care less even the runners.
Most people see no future left with this job and are hoping to be out soon
