agency workers

Post by hans solo »

note to pec and cwu re agency workers
why are cwu not involved in the current court action with tuc and other unions rmt unite etc regarding the use of agency staff during strike action
this will be heard in november
i would have instructed our so called cwu lawyers to send a letter to rm advising them we are joining the action
and if i can see that form of action how can the pec not have

also
agency workers are paid over£13per hour week days and over£18 per hr sunday in our area
should agency workers be paid more than your own staff
agency workers also get more o-time opportunities than regular staff should this be allowed
and should i be expected to work alongside an agency worker who is getting paid more than me for doing the same job
can i refuse to work with agency worker who is on better terms or can i request to work with someone on the same terms as myself
