Can I ask- if as said, we had more than positive talks with management when Simon Thompson wasn't there, how can we rid of company of him and his greed influence? He is out for himself and not for the good of the workforce or company. He made out he's against bullying in the workplace when he arrived but is the worst kind ,that is destroying the company and has morales. He says no money but can take excessive bonuses and hand out shares worth over 2 million to 4 people (himself included) while he drives the prices down to probably his benefit,so(like Rico Bank) has to buy them due to the decline in value. Anywhere else would class that as insider trading which is illegal.

If Simon Thompson wasn't there, another person exactly like him would take his place.
Fixating on personalities doesn't help.
If you have proof of insider-dealing I think you need to talk to the relevant authorities.
