Just announced - on workplace, RM seemed to have reached a pay deal with junior/middle managers - 5.5% and a one of payment £1000 - covers period September 2022 - August 2023 - going to members for vote ...

At least one manager has popped his head up and said no chance - he doesn't want to work Sundays!!🤣 As you can imagine, our frontline colleagues are none too pleased ...

is that the same £1000 to encourage managers to work October to cover our strikes ? :no no , or is that another payment ? , so wheres that money come from then .

I think the grand is because the extra 3.5% isn't backdated to April only to 1st of September, they got the 2% imposed on them, same as we did.

so the 2% was never even questioned from unite ? disgusting and spineless imo ,
