Pointless baiting and insults is.
There is no right or wrong position on this agreement, it is either a sellout or the best way out of a bad situation depending on where you sit but one thing is a fact.

No-one whether it was anyone on here or anyone within the union calling for a no vote came up with a legitimate alternative plan to take us beyond a rejection of the agreement towards anything better or even what that something better should look like.

To me the workload has become to much to the point where knees are shot whenever I finish my round (doesn't help office added an extra half round top of mine that contains multiple flats on extra bit) and going home even more wiped out, wasting the day away. It doesn't even make a difference if it's 6-2, 8-4, or 9-6. My days are just gone now. It might pay better compared to other jobs, but ain't worth it if just going home too tired to do anything. Pretty sure have insomnia of some kind cuz find hard to get a decent night sleep now.

The aches and pains disturbed my sleep for a while , massaging my calf muscles with something warming, I used almond oil as a base and then ginger oil, very nice, stinks a bit to be fair

What in my post exhibits surprise in any manner? For it is my comments, how would I go about surprising myself?

Tax and NI are both single variables, just like pro-rata rate, that decide what the actual benefit of the bonus is. Just as a business shouldn't use gross profit as the key indicator when making decisions, it's best to work out the actual net worth.

Your eagerness and enthusiasm to jump to Royal Mails' defence leaves you vulnerable to making stupid comments. You can do better.
