CWU keeping it very quiet this time and we are literally a week away from new financial year and April where pretty much everything we can think of is going to go up.
I think I am going to give myself a pay rise and cancel the union subs, they have been powerless and useless for quite some time now.

The business is about to be taken over.
There are two senior management teams right now.
One busy cleaning out their desks and one waiting outside picking new office furniture.
Neither is in a place to agree a pay rise at the moment.
But they are both able to change delivery methods and uso🤪
I wouldnt expext our pay rise to be anywhere near the top of their to do list. I am not expecting anything meaningful. I just hope it wont be another trade of t&c for a mediocre 2-3% pay rise.

Think I will cancel my subs that’s £10 a month I can spend on something useful
