He can’t really be a plant. It’s Royal Mail chat, nothing specified anywhere that says you have to employed here. Agreed he’s more abrasive than he needs to be but everyone is entitled to an opinion and each of us is entitled to dismiss sh%t out of hand or consider it and then dismiss it.

It is the laziest, most juvenile retort to label someone who you disagree with as being a ‘manager’ or a ‘plant’ but I just find it reflects more on anyone using it. It was supposed to be clamped down on here but never was unfortunately.

Interesting that you choose to stick up for Len on this thread rather than the postmen and women it has come out he says deserve less

I didn’t see the post at the time. While I don’t condone what he said, I can understand him lashing out as he is dogpiled every time he posts here.

I have more respect for someone offering their opinion on a matter, positive or otherwise, than I do for mobbish posters. Sure. Not positive that would equate to resonating with him, but he has every right to post here without personally being attacked and barracked.

I havent personally attacked or abused him, but if he came into a delivery office and said what he said in ''real life'' - he would expect to be given a piece of the workers minds

Lets not forget I only did that because of the bullying and threats I got on the forum, and unlike them i decided it was better to deal with it in private between them me and the mods and not on a open forum which could get taken down by Royal mail at any time.

Everybody is entitled to their opinion, but this is a forum for discussion on various postperson related themes. Which leaves you open to critique, how you deal with that is up to you.
We all know that there appears to be people who pretend to be what they are most definately not! I have no particular truck with Len but his posts have gotten worse over the last few years, he has decided he was the god of employment law and how the management of RM would use it. He isnt, but when challenged he decided to cry bullying and harrassment and even at one stage accused me of having a sexual thing for him. Believe me when i say "highly unlikely" and if thats your fall back point when challenged then thats your problem not mine. I dont even try to say that what i write on here is the gospel and i always try to caveat by saying its just my opinion.
If you come on a open forum, get criticised and then sound surprised welcome to the real world. No room for thin skin and if you have perhaps dont get involved as it will affect you. If you are not a postperson dont pretend to be one, if you are a manager do let us know as i for one dont mind as long as you are truthful. If you are a member of the general public nosing around thats fine as well and if you are a troll buckle up and expect a hard time. Do not pretend to be what you arent as thats when it all falls apart.

As 49erman said, best to block or ignore. All this back & forth with trolls is literally like arguing with a 11 year old. They will have a rebutal for everything you say, even if you're right.
Just don't bite their bait. Plenty of times I've been tempted to reply but realized that's what they want. If you're not mature enough to ignore then your just as bad tbh
