I’d like to know the full details.

Rm posting what seems to be limited information on what exactly the offer is.

What’s the stance on.

-commit to deliver
-banking hours
-annualised/ seasonal hours
-changes to the pipeline
-unachievable revisions

Unless we know the full scope of changes , how can we vote on anything?
if weve learnt anything how they act, they will say one thing to get it over the line then bring in what they want anyway

No we don't, not when there's a danger of some desperate muppets actually voting for it.

A think a long term plan of work to rule, disruption strikes from the start of october followed by an all out walk out from mid November is the only way.

I can outlast the b'stards but I fear some of the workforce haven't the stomach or funds for it at this point.
Would say most of the workforce have'nt got the stomach an especially the funds.

They go all on their lonesome to the manager and strike up a bargain without any leverage whatsoever.

What leverage have union members got?

It's worth bearing mind, this offer has moved from just a straight up 2%, to a "Best and final offer" to this current offer. Any non-union person prepared to sign for for it, is doing so off the backs of union negotiations.

More than non-union members. I'm pretty certain this latest offer isn't the "Best and final offer". Clearly the ground has been shifted. I dint think the non-union members aided that in anyway way, shape or form.

Not sure what makes people think they should get a vote on this. Firstly lets hear what the union have to say, no matter what reasons you think they have refused it for, lets hear it from them. Secondly you voted not that long ago and gave the union the mandate to represent you in negotiations with RM and to take AI if said negotiations went badly. Now Red&co come on hear spouting their anti-union we want a vote garbage to try to unsettle folk, dont listen to their verbal crud, you dont pay them to represent you and i fancy a lot of them dont pay the CWU to represent them either, listen to what your union tell you and then see if you are still unhappy.

The company have basically sat this whole dispute out until now, renamed the 5% originally offered in 2022 as a £1500 lump sum, and people are actually falling for it.

If people actually vote for that they don't deserve a decent deal.
