You don't need an electric car to be able to switch it off remotely. Sometimes the most obvious answer is the correct one, and the idea that billions is being spent on converting to electric cars just so they can be remotely disabled is ridiculously far-fetched.

It's not far-fetched, if the local grid is struggling with demand then they'll just set all EV chargers connected to that local grid to send power from any plugged in EV into the local grid

As with any conspiracy theory, the simple question is why? You can't just make up a theory with no evidence or logic and then expect other people to disprove it.

From the other side then, it’s a bit like all these so called experts, who are now being proved wrong on a daily basis, who produced all their scaremongering lies and stats, then the government coerced and mandated everyone to go along with their lies, and in the process created the perfect storm they had to give contracts to their mates eg Michelle Mone, Twatt Hancock to name 2! All attempts to disprove their lies was silenced!

World climate declaration was funded by fossil fuel companies, most the signatures on it have links to fossil fuels companies, several were dead when it was published. The World Doctor's Alliance is made up of members who've been banned from medicine, aren't qualified in virology and I think some of them are far right German nationalists, or something. This thread has well and truly began to veer way off into the surreal.

If you are referring to the Coal mine that's opening in Cumbria it will produce coking coal which is used for manufacturing Steel which is needed to build Wind Farms
